Windows 11 Tower only going to sleep mode fix?

I am using a PC Tower on Windows 11 but when I turn on the power it goes into sleep mode, however it will not leave sleep mode no matter what I press or do. For some time it would do this when I shut it down and the problem would be solved by me unplugging it for a little while then plugging it in and powering it in. However after having done this multiple times, one of the times was for 16 hours when the typical length required is about 15 minutes, it still will not power on properly. I do not know what could be causing this and haven't been able to find any information for this issue anywher
