bluetooth acidentally turned off

so I was looking at my notifications in the taskbar and I saw an option to toggle Bluetooth so I clicked it but then when I went to toggle it back on the button was gone and I cannot find an option to turn it back on anywhere, I am on windows 10 and have been forced to use a cheap USB keyboard and mouse, does anyone have a fix? note: I know it is not a problem with any drivers.
