Whenever I start my pc and try to login i get the black screen with the cursor I have tried almost every tutorial to try and fix this issues I restart it into safe mode and restart again I log in and it turns out to be fine when I log in but here is another issue my folder is not responding and also when I go into settings I can't search anything up another issue is opening apps like Spotify it won't open but then 30 minutes later all of these things I listed start to work such as my Spotify will finally open and my folder will finally respond and my settings for windows I can search stuff. An
