3D Viewer not showing anything.

I need to use 3D Viewer for school, and the app does not show anything, not even the bee. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and using a guest account but even the guest account shows a complete black screen. Other 3D apps work fine like Nvidia or 3ds Max Autodesk.
