Accidentally Deleted C drive

Soo I know this sounds really stupid, but i was trying to reinstall windows using a usb i bought from amazon, (i now realize how i shoulda just used cmd) so then I tried to clear the c disk, but i ended up actually deleting the whole thing. So then I boot up my computer from a usb with windows installation, but my c drive isnt showing up. I go to cmd and diskpart and i do list disk and I only see my usb disk, same in the list volume. Spent an hour trying to fix but cant find a solution. Any help would be appreciated
