How to restore unsaved notes without backup and not signed in?

Hey, I was wondering how to restore unsaved notepad notes without a backup, I have windows 10, I was on notes probably on 11/11 and I closed my computer, I guess it updated or shut down and now nothing is saved, I never went to the files tab to click save, since I thought would come back and make more updates on it like usual, but now I can't find it, is there any way to get it back, I'm on a school issued computer and I'm not signed in, which is why there is no backup, I usually always close my computer, and if it does shut off, it usually gives me the restore option, even though I'm not sign
