Memory Integrity and incompatible Logitech drivers in Windows 11

Windows 11 won't let me turn on Memory Integrity, saying that my Logitech drivers lvbflt64.sys, SaiH0763.sys, lvrs64.sys, and lvuvc64.sys are incompatible.I contacted Logitech and they told me to contact Microsoft.I look up the problem here and Microsoft tells me to contact Logitech.Who's really to blame and how do we get this fixed?
