windows 11 Gaming laptop reaching 95 - 100 Degrees C

i have a lenovo LOQ with RTX 4060 i5 12450HX, The laptop performance is fine but every time i play any reasonable 3d game with 144 fps the temps immediately bump up from 70 - 80 C to 93 - 96 C and sometimes even 100 C, the laptop is on a flat surface, the fans are working well (can tell by the loudness) I clean the fans once every 2 mouths and i even bought a cooling pad, non of these methods helped eveb slightly. the only things that makes the temps go down to the 80 - 85 C is when i cap the fps to 60, but i bought a gaming laptop and a 144 hz monitor for a reason didnt i? is this an actual p
