I restarted my laptop today after realising that my CPU utilisation was high while I was not using it. Video link: Recording 2024-11-13 195121.mp4In Event Viewer, Powershell is running this commandpowershell -Command New-SelfSignedCertificate -Type CodeSigning -Subject 'CN=VfjuBk.projects.google.com' -KeyUsage DigitalSignature -FriendlyName 'VfjuBk.projects.google.com' -DnsName 'VfjuBk.projects.google.com' -CertStoreLocation 'Cert:\CurrentUser\My' Could someone please help me solve this?
