Dear Support Team,I am reaching out for urgent assistance with accessing my HP EliteBook laptop, which is linked to my Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to log in to the device for the following reasons:1. PIN and Fingerprint Login Disabled: The device no longer permits access via my previously set PIN code or fingerprint authentication, displaying a message indicating that these options are not available at this time.2. Forgotten Password: I have also forgotten the main account password, which further restricts my ability to gain access to the system.I need to regain acc
