I just factory reset my computer and now my mouse doesn't work and my keybord doesn't work either no buttons work or anything I dont know what to do

I just factory reset my computer and now nothing works my mouse dosnt work and my computer buttons don’t do anything when I click them nothing happens don’t know how to fix it* Changed to a question
