This just started in the last 24 hrs. Have no idea what might have triggered it. All of a sudden, Chrome sporadically freezes, shrinks its screen showing a black side panel on the right, while it is trying to respond to something I am trying to do - including just scrolling down the screen,I restarted my laptop. I have uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it. I had a *lot* of trouble getting it to reinstall. After I finally did -- the "freeze, black side panel" issue returned.I have Norton 360 installed. Been using Norton for 30 years but since it merged w/lifelock a few years ago, I have been h
