I keep getting BSOD - for the past couple of weeks i keep getting BSOD randomly or when i try and play any game they freeze and shut down after first

I Keep getting BSOD or games freezing with delayed audio and then they just shut down. I was originally running on windows 11 and after following tips from the internet to freshly install windows I went back to windows 10 and if there were no issues I was planning to upgrade to windows 11 however the errors are still occurring so I'm not sure if its hardware or software related. My PC Specs are below - MSI Geforce 3060ti Ventus 3X OCRyzen 5 7600xThermalright Frozen Notte 240Msi B650 Gaming Plus wifiKingston beast 16GB DDR5 (2X16) 6000MhzCrucial P3 Plus 1 TBTeam group 1TB NVME2TB HDD480GB SSDC
