So, I have been having an issue with windows since a long time agoI was using Windows 10 normally one day, then windows security started going after any random file on my PC, from games, steam files, to NVIDIA and AMD drivers, to even VS and VS Code and more, I updated to Windows 11 in hopes of fixing the issueWindows security did the same issues till it stopped doing so by itself.Now I have a somewhat annoying issue that has been bugging me since I upgraded to Windows 11being mildly annoying in games and a large annoyance when installing or using stuff like SQL SERVER, Flutter or unity (they
