Why can't i log in on Microsoft?

I was trying to play Minecraft, so i got to Microsoft store and logged on it (i have two emails, 1 - doesn't have Minecraft, and 2 - has Minecraft) with my email 1, and it goes smooth, i downloaded Minecraft launcher on Microsoft store and started it.After that, i tried to log on my email 2, and it goes wrong.I already knew about the "Microsoft Store has to have the same account of Minecraft launcher to work", so i logged on my email 2 ON MICROSOFT STORE and it doesn't works either.Info:Windows 1164 bitError: 0x7008003BHappens on both Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.
