html shortcuts generic shortcut icon

Hi,

 

No matter what utility I have tried i can not make html shortcuts

appear with anything other than the generic shortcut icon. I've tried

reg and exe utilities with not luck - they didn't fix it and probably

added unnecessay junk onto my system...

 

What is the apparent challenge in fixing this, and how do I fix?

Why use a utility at all. Simply select an r-click the shortcut,

Properties, Web Document, Change Icon.
