How to find secure boot if hidden in bios (American Megatrends).

So I have been trying to figure this out for years. Basically, I cannot find secure boot in my bios (Motherboard is American Megatrends Inc. CFLCK1001, 4/8/2022). I want to know what I should do because there is nothing on the internet on how to find secure boot if hidden on American Megatrends. Please help. Thanks, Ronav
