Hi!my laptop built-in speakers did'nt work .. aslo my microphone. somebody help me!when i play something i don't hear any sound .. and also when i speak to microphone it can not hear anything.i was connected to the agent but unfortunately after upadting my windows the link he send me to connect with him it not opening show the error "The service Request is closed"Please Help me!
