Device Information- Acer Aspire XC-886- Processor: Intel® Core i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz - Installed RAM: 8.00 GB - System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor - Edition: Windows 11 Home - Version: 23H2 - OS build: 22631.4317 - Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0 The ProblemI am using a Windows 11 os. In the recent 2 months, I noticed that my computer starts to go wrong in many ways. For example, it can:- randomly freezes when I was watching youtube, playing video games, or even during startup process (this has been happening constantly). I
