AutoHDR broken in State of decay 2 and Alien Isolation after recent updates.

I had this issue, thinking it was my install being so old I went ahead and wiped my OS drive to install a fresh copy of w11 on the latest version being 24h2. Its multiple games so its not the games themselves. I tried older GPU drivers (Nvidia 561.03 and then later) and that made no difference, so the only thing I can see thats left is some update to the HDR settings that were recently changed in Windows.Heres a couple different pictures from Alien Isolation and State of Decay 2.To be clear this is only happening on "AutoHDR compatible" games. HDR native games have no issue
