Can't pin to taskbar (ALL APPS)

I just update my machine to Windows 11 24H2 a few hours ago. then i notice something. I am no longer able to pin to taskbar, only able to pin to start. why Microsoft ? just why. also my settings from previous version (23H2) seems like reseted, like Color and some tools i use (AD Administrative Center). And i also can't right click on the app icon taskbar while opening it.I also did check for updates and update it right after i notice this problem, and still no luck.
