Could not sign in Microsoft Account in Windows 11 Settings

I have a Microsoft Account logged in on my Windows 11 laptop. Then one day it said there's some issue with my account and ask me to reverify it. I tried re-entering the password to verify but it doesn't work.Then I logged out my Microsoft Account and use a Local Account instead.However, when I try to sign in a Microsoft Account in settings, it keeps giving me the following error:I can't login any Microsoft account on this laptop like Office, Microsoft Edge etc. It seems that they all need to login to the Windows first.-----# What I tried- Create a new local user, then try signing in my Microso
