In Windows 11, left ctrl+shift+V pastes as plain text, but it also activates some sort of hotkey that changes keyboard behavior where a mouse click highlights the entire word or line and the keyboard keys act differently. Someone suggested turning off sticky keys (settings>accessibility>keyboard, and turning off 'Sticky keys'). This didn't work so I clicked on 'Sticky keys' and saw 5 additional options that were enabled. I disabled them all the behavior is gone. Hoping this helps someone else. It's odd that disabling the parent Sticky Keys option doesn't also disable the the child opti
