Windows 10 doesn't work properly after update

I've updated my Windows 10 PC (I don't know what the update was called) and now the background turns on and off, taskmanager works like normal. Also the taskbar is unresponsive and the settings won't open. I have already tried restarting "Explorer.exe", but that didn't help. What should I do now?
