Windows 11 keeps installing after rollback to Windows 10

Hi everyone, yesterday I installed Windows 11 (didn’t want to, I accidentally clicked on the install button on the 10000th pop up about the update) and almost immediately roll back to windows 10. The problem is that Windows 11 is still in the windows updates installing. I followed several tutorials on this forum and even when I managed to block it, it pops up again in the download after a few minutes without asking. How can this be normal?
