Can't access Windows update tab in settings or other settings such as display (Win 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2314)

I have been having this issue for over two weeks now, way after I installed 24H2 through the beta channel, and then the update was installed normally with no issues when my device got it's turn. However, at some point around two weeks ago if not longer, i was suddenly unable to access the windows update tab from the settings sidebar in the settings app including the Windows Update button in the top right of settings (also good to mention that the one on the left has dissapeared). Not only that, but there are other settings that I would be trying to change and I would try to go to settings and
