as part of the 2024-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046633) update my laptop restarts. After putting in my password my screen goes black. I can still see my mouse pointer but nothing else. The only fix is to boot in SAFE mode and uninstall the latest update. How can I fix this issue?
