Strange graphic issue when opening right click menu in 3ds Max.

Hello,I have some strange issues using 3d program, 3ds Max only. I have been traying to resolve this issue with them for couple of weeks now, but no luck. It all started when I installed fresh installation of Windows 11 and then 3ds Max.On right click in 3ds max, quad menu opens where is clicked in viewport, but on the left side of the screen/left monitor I get the viewport part behind the quad menu that was open, and it keeps stacking every time I open quad menu. It is happening on the windows/toolbars that are static.Tried to downgrade, upgrade, uninstall, reinstall, different drivers, old o
