I use second monitor and when i am using it happening only when graphics angle is set opengl not on d3d9,d3d11.Only when i unplug power supply artifacts blinks every time i open browser (brave) .It is on gpu acceleration on but i need to have it on because performance is poor withou it.Is it drivers fault?I have the newest drivers I don’t think so.My laptop spec is ryzen 7 4800h , gtx 1650ti , 32gb ram
