windows 11 Windows 11 Latest Version is full laggy 24h2 not good why ??? i was on 23h2 it was pretty and smoothy without any lag any help

after i updated my windows from 23h2 to 24h2 and installed latest all updates i feel full lag in windows and not smoothy and some programs i use like mose & keybaord recorder full lag too when i recording ... in 23h2 was all good and smoothy and fastest but after i updated to 24h2 i found full lag is that normal ? or i should install new windows 24h2 but iso file from flash and format old one ?
