Windows 10 Location incorrect, affecting Time Zones

My time zone has not allowed me to change it for a while now. It thinks I am about 1000 miles from where I currently am. This is a problem because my clock is an hour off when daylight savings falls back. I can change the time on the clock if I set the time manually, but things like Opera GX still don't update. Is there a fix to this?Edit: This has been answered. (thanks Igor)
