How do you get your camera back?

So I have no idea what happened to my first post, but here I am again, with a screenshot. A few years back, when I was younger, I noticed everyone in my family used less space than I did. Wanting to "beat" them, I deleted a bunch of random files. Turns out, I deleted the touch screen file, the microphone file, and the camera file. But the main problem that I want to be solved is the camera (but it would be amazing if you could help with the other ones!). I looked it up and tried this thing where it said to go to Device Manager then to imaging devices, but there was no camera there, just my pri
