I have both an Epson V370 photo scanner, and also an HP Envy printer, scanner, fax. I must need to use the Epson photo scanner for transparencies, or slides to convert to jpgs, yet the HP Envy overrides and driver for the Epson as the software cannot see and do a hand shake to the software. I have restarted the computer any times, and also have downloaded the Epson drivers a couple of times.
