To get to the main issue, the whole story needs to be told.So, I was logging into my account, and when it finally accepted my password, for some reason it said "Windows Preparing..." I dismissed it thinking it was nothing until it finally let me in and everything, quite literally everything was gone like a fresh new account with OTCC Reports and all. I was super confused and frustrated, so I redownloaded everything and recovered my stuff from OneDrive thankfully. Then I restarted my computer and logged in again, and it happened again.
