PC Crashing While Playing Games Like Warframe and Apex Legends on the lowest setings.

This all started a while ago when I had an i3, my games would crash my whole pc and i chalked it up to my cpu and ram being bad. It was fine from feb to aug ish. Then it started crashing. So i replaced them and my pc died. I redownloaded windows onto a ssd, (i had it on a harddrive before), and i thought everything was good. It WASNT. I downloaded steam and Apex and Warframe. I played these games and for Apex, i would load into a game and the moment something would happen such as a gun fight or even jumping off the ship. My PC would crash. For warframe, i can run normal missions fine but some
