Internet randomly disconnecting very often

So it started like 1-2 months ago I think, every like 10 minutes my internet will just crash randomly for like 30 seconds and then come back, its really really annoying and its making playing games really difficult. I've tried all the drivers for my ethernet (from device manager) but still getting the issues with all of them. When my internet DOES work, I'm either getting ≈800-900 mbps or ≈90 mpbs on speedtest.com . (I'm currently using a ethernet cable connected to the wall). If anybody has any idea on what to do I'll greatly appreciate it, thanks in advance!
