Since Windows 10 and 11, if you don't have the current update, some features won't work. For example: Disable HDMI output. Deny wifi access. Sound blocking etc. It's tragic because you can't teach like that. If there is no current update, why destroy input or output peripherals. IT'S ABNORMAL. After update everything works. This ban will be lifted because I'm switching to Linux.
