My Microsoft photos app is stopped working on windows 10. it prompts it is currently updating and never ends. I cannot reset or repair or unistall. I tried to go to the store to download the app (or other photo app), but i wasnt able to do so and it prompted error code 0x80073cf9. Can you please help resolve this issue?
