Windows 11 extremely unstable

The latest windows 11 update has made my computer so unstable that is unusable. I need my computer to do my job. Every time I turn on my computer it automatically installs the update and then I have to go in and manually uninstall it. I stopped windows update from running automatically in "services" however this particular update seems to have a mind of it's own and keeps reinstalling without my consent. How do I stop this update from installing? It is not functional software and Microsoft should redact it.
