TS CAL Question

I was told by someone that a retail pack of "Terminal Services Client Access

Licenses For Microsoft Windows Server 2008" is able to be installed on a

Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. I was doubtful, but tried installing

them anyway.

When doing so, I receive an "Invalid Code" error.

I bet the guy a case of beer that it couldn't be done.

Who gets the beer?
