We've recently updated some of our devices to Windows 11 24H2 and this has causes Microsoft Universal Print (Cloud) to stop working. On any other version of Windows (Windows 10 22H2, Windows 11 22H2, Windows 11 23H2) the user is able to add the Universal Print printer to their device and printer from it. Since updating to Windows 11 24H2 this has stopped working. The job stays in the device's print queue and says "Sent to print" although nothing comes up in papercut or when they go to the printer. On other versions of Windows the job will leave the device's queue and appear in papercut.
