How do I fix unresponsive keys

Hey, I got this laptop last Friday it is refurbished and everything is really good but my keyboard. Some keys take about 4-15 try's (me pressing on the key) for it to type the letter or number. I have looked at similar problems on this site. And nothing has worked. I have tried going in device manger and and running trouble shoots and looking for updates but every time it says nothings wrong with my keyboard. I guess I'm looking for what the next step would be.
