Not all TTS voices available in application?

Hello all, I am using a copy of Final Draft 13, the professional screenwriting software. This has the ability to read out a script but only three voices are available .I went to settings and installed all the English language packs. All the newvoices can be previewed in settings but this is what I see in the programme.These work in Final Draft but as there are many characters in my script, I need more voices. I don't know why these names include 'Desktop' and when I search them on my desktop,they aren't present. I've been consulting the programme's tech support but he's run out of ideas. I'm h
