Can connecting a USB device install an unsafe driver even if Windows Security Core Isolation is fully enabled, including vulnerable driver blocklist? If so, what are the advantages and disadvantages of disabling the setting that allows windows to automatically download manufacturers apps and drivers in the System Properties > Hardware tab?
