Mouse cursor clipping out of window while Gaming

So when I'm playing video games I'm clipping out of the window mid game, which is super frustrating. I'm just gaming then suddenly my cursor is ON TOP of the window and I can just move it around, need to click to "clip into the game" again. If I'm not using software that sticks my cursor to one monitor its even more frustrating cause before I notice it I move my hand in order to move the camera and switch onto my second monitor..I don't know whats the problem that is causing it but it drives me insane. Happens a lot recently, lastly when playing fortnite, but has happened before in other games
