My camera is locked. I used to be able to roll the driver back to get it to unlock and work. After the most recent update there is no option to roll

Camera turns on with camera or Teams app but the screen shows a padlock. In the past by rolling the driver back to an older version in Device Manager it would unlock and work. This had to be repeated each time the computer rebooted. After the most recent windows update the camera is still locked but I have lost the option to roll back the driver in Device Manager.
