I can't log into my laptop because my password expired but I don't remember my old one, can I log in somehow?

My laptop says my password expired, I tried entering the one I think I used, says wrong password. I reset my Microsoft account password on my phone, but still won't accept it regardless that I just reset a new one. Is there a way to log in?
