PC became slow after windows 11 update.

Recently I have noticed my Windows have become very slow after the windows update. File explore also takes alot of time to open along with general browsing on file explorer that has gone very slow. Outlook on MS Office 365 has gone pretty slow and that after the windows update. I completely recovered my PC to factory restore which downloaded the fresh windows 11 pro but again after update system became super slow. Its a pretty new system with higher specs. It wasn't like this before. Also I have noticed there are couple of windows update stuck on downloading 0% and retry. Doesnt mater even if
