Full Lag and not stable after i updated from Windows 11 23h2 to 24h2

i was on windows 11 version 23h2 and i checkek alot of time to install windows 11 24h2 but i didnt receved windows telling me you are on latest version and up to date and i was want to try 24h2 so i searched on google how to receve windows 11 24h2 .. and i found some steps to receve it to open edit group policy and edit in some files inside it to receve windows 11 24h2 after i did some this steps inside local group polcy and checked again windows update i found new update 24h2 and after i updated done i feel alot of lag
