I have a file I cannot delete known as "athena" under microsoft wasserbug

The Athena (55GB) file is connected to the Sea of Thieves game. Still, I have uninstalled the regular and insider versions of the game with no intention of ever playing them again. I recently ran the space sniffer program to see what took up so much space on my main drive. I was denied access after trying to delete the file even though I am the computer administrator. I've also tried deleting the contents of the folder and was also denied access.
